As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will carry quota for our strategic accounts, be part of a high achieving hunter professional sales team working with FI and Fintech clients. 
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Sell MX products to C-level prospects at financial institutions, creating new account relationships.</li>
<li>Conduct thorough needs analysis and product presentations to clearly articulate the value proposition and address the unique requirements of each prospect.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of the financial services industry, market trends, and competitors to effectively position our offerings as the superior choice.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain business relationships with decision-makers, influencers and stakeholders to sell MX products and services.</li>
<li>Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.</li>
<li>Skillfully navigate objections and overcome challenges to advance deals through the sales cycle.</li>
<li>Manage entire sales process to ensure delivery against performance metrics with a strong emphasis on new business goals.</li>
<li>Guide prospective clients through detailed presentations of SaaS solutions (in person and remote).</li>
<li>Utilize CRM tools and other sales technology to manage and document sales activities, track progress, and generate accurate forecasts.</li>
<li>Attend industry events to prospect and network with clients.</li>
<li>Collaborate with finance, legal and marketing to ensure a smooth and expedited process.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience selling products and services and developing new account relationships within financial institutions (hunting).</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives.</li>
<li>SaaS enterprise level sales experience.</li>
<li>Experience with complex tech sales, Sales Engineering background preferred. </li>
<li>Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills, verbal and written.</li>
<li>Financial and Fintech Industry required.</li>
<li>Travel is required.</li>
<li>Align with MX corporate values.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment
At MX, we utilize a hybrid work model, which allows us to attract top talent, provide work-life balance, and increase productivity through collaboration. Our team members enjoy a balance of remote work and monthly in-person collaboration meetings. Travel expectations are about 15%, and the company covers travel expenses for remote employees. Local employees are encouraged to utilize in-office time on a weekly basis. Compensation
The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $300,000 to $325,000. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.

As the Communications Manager leading public relations and social media, you will play a crucial role in shaping the public image and external communication of MX. The Communications Manager will work closely with various departments to help shape the company voice, convey our message effectively to our target audience, build relationships with media and influencers, and grow the MX brand.
<h3>Job Duties</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the creation of press releases, articles, and other content that enhances the company's reputation.</li>
<li>Manage public relations campaigns to promote the company's products, services, and initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and drive engagement.</li>
<li>Deliver daily cadence of industry news and commercial insights to MXers.</li>
<li>Support C-suite and other senior leadership in positioning them as industry thought leaders.</li>
<li>Implement strategies to encourage employees to become brand advocates and thought leaders to support the company's mission.</li>
<li>Position MX as an industry leader and employer of choice by pitching and applying for industry awards and speaking engagements at third party events. </li>
<li>Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all communication channels, both internally and externally.</li>
<li>Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influencers, pitch stories, and respond to media inquiries.</li>
<li>Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's goals, vision, and values.</li>
<li>Develop and lead crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate any potential issues.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience of successful communication campaigns and a strong portfolio. </li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent project management and organizational skills.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compensation</h3>

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of launching and growing products that make an impact. You'll team up with colleagues across the company to gather insights from clients and users, turning those into go-to-market plans that increase product adoption and retention. Simply put, you'll bridge the gap between what a product does and how it’s marketed and sold.
Job Duties

<li>Know the market & our clients. Dive into the market and uncover what clients need, their pain points, and how our products solve their challenges—plus anticipate future opportunities.</li>
<li>Craft and execute launch strategies. Create positioning, messaging, buyer personas, and go-to-market plans throughout the product lifecycle.</li>

<li>Uncover market insights. Leverage market insights to shape marketing materials, sales playbooks, and guide the product roadmap.</li>

<li>Track success metrics. Monitor metrics like revenue, pipeline, win rate, and adoption—and use insights to drive better outcomes.</li>

Job Requirements

<li>A can-do attitude with a passion for learning and growth in product marketing, campaigns, and sales enablement.</li>
<li>Background in fintech or banking is useful, but not required.</li>

Compensation
