About the Role:
Remitly is looking for a Product Designer who relishes in delivering exceptional user-centric interaction design while also solving strategic experience problems in a fast-paced environment.
As a Product Designer working on our lending products you play a critical role in expanding Remitly's offerings by designing innovative credit products for both new and existing customers. In this role you will collaborate with teams across design, product, engineering, and data analytics using your skills as an effective communicator and collaborator to get alignment across the organization. You will also set the bar for craft by designing product experiences that our customers love and that deliver meaningful value to them. This role reports to the Senior Product Design Manager.
You will be hybrid (2-3 days a week) in our Seattle office. #LI-Hybrid
You Will:
<ul>
<li>Facilitate the design process for your projects from end to end: Discovery and concept ideation, flows and wireframes, full-fidelity prototype designs, and other interaction design deliverables.</li>
<li>Collaborate, influence, and negotiate: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Writers to define customer problems and goals.</li>
<li>Design and ship world-class experiences: You advocate for design in the planning & development process. You can create visually stunning interfaces that make emotional connections with users and communicate the brand. Champion cohesion and consistency to unite a growing family of products.</li>
<li>Be the voice of our customer: Proactively bring empathy and the voice of our customer / user insights to the teammates with whom you work</li>
<li>Manage your time effectively and be accountable for delivering work on schedule.</li>
</ul>
You Have:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of years of product design experience</li>
<li>Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtfully designed, tested, and shipped experiences with depth and clarity.</li>
<li>Experience driving product direction, setting goals, identifying opportunities, and making customer-centric decisions.</li>
<li>Experience designing and prototyping complex workflows with Figma, ProtoPie, or similar products.</li>
</ul>
Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $100,000 -$120,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan. About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Leader based in our Seattle headquarters and supporting other sites includes Vancouver Canada and Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has specialized expertise in networking infrastructure and IT support and service management. This individual will bring a proven track record in managing helpdesk operations, optimizing service level agreements (SLAs), and implementing efficient processes for AV support, software provisioning, and technical troubleshooting. This position plays a critical role in maintaining our technology infrastructure and ensuring exceptional IT service delivery across the organization. This role is hybrid and based out of our Seattle, WA office.
You Will:
<ul>
<li>Lead and develop a team of IT support specialists (L1) to support virtual end users and office employees in USA and Canada</li>
<li>Help oversee critical enterprise systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, One Password and JIRA/JIRA Service Management.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity and minimal congestion</li>
<li>Guide process improvements for helpdesk ticket management, reducing response times and increasing resolution rates</li>
<li>Direct and oversee AV support for conference rooms, presentations, and virtual meeting environments</li>
<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and develop innovative solutions</li>
<li>Provide strategic direction for hardware procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management</li>
<li>Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation</li>
<li>Monitor and report on key performance indicators for IT service delivery</li>
<li>Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance organizational efficiency</li>
</ul>
You Have:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in IT operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in helpdesk operations and SLA optimization</li>
<li>Experience with AV systems implementation, troubleshooting, and management for enterprise environments</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with ability to lead large-scale technology initiatives</li>
<li>Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations</li>
<li>Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities</li>
<li>Strategic mindset with focus on cost optimization and service improvement</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>ITIL certification preferred</li>

About the Role:
Remitly is looking for a seasoned growth marketer to lead paid media for new products. You will define and lead the growth paid media strategy, own campaigns end-to-end, and ensure programs are delivering in line with KPIs and business objectives. You will ensure all media efforts are aligned with our other marketing activity, product development and customer journeys, and have a clear plan for future growth. You will work with diverse teams including product, business management, product marketing, analytics, and creative, ensuring a seamless and aligned approach to drive growth. This is a high visibility role, and there will be growth opportunities to shape future strategies and expand your role within the organization.
We are looking for someone with extensive hands-on experience managing paid media, with a focus on Meta and Google Search. You will have proven experience owning and growing paid media programs in a previous role from the ground up – including strategy, execution, platform event set up, budget setting and stakeholder management. You will also ideally have experience with complex brands who operate across multiple products, countries and languages. You will be based in Seattle, WA in a hybrid-role (#LI-Hybrid), reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager for the Americas. This is an individual contributor role.
You Will:
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end creation and implementation of campaigns. Including media plan creation, campaign set up, daily checks, weekly reporting and optimizations, and share performance updates with leadership.</li>
<li>Evolve channel strategies and tactics as we learn more about our customers and product evolves.</li>
<li>Be responsible for budget management and tracking, and customer growth targets.</li>
<li>Manage test roadmaps in collaboration with product marketing and analytics, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Own creative requests and feedback, and take a data-driven approach to evolve our creative in collaboration with creative teams.</li>
<li>Present strategies, channel and test plans to leadership. Educate and sell partners on the "why" and "how" for all plans.</li>
<li>Work with product on event set up and troubleshooting technical reporting and platform issues.</li>
<li>Work with product marketing on product updates to improve customer journeys for acquisition.</li>
<li>Work with the Remittance growth team on multi-product or cross-selling strategies and tests.</li>

You Have:
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in growth marketing with a strong track record in implementing full-funnel in programs</li>
<li>Expert in media buying on platforms like Google and Meta. Can easily articulate and execute best practices, and find creative solutions to work within platform limitations.</li>
<li>Proven experience in executing large-scale marketing campaigns and testing roadmaps.</li>
<li>Technical knowledge and experience with event set up and management, UTM tracking, multi-touch attribution, and 1st party data strategies.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and experience in marketing performance reporting. You can tell a story with data.</li>
<li>Proven track record working with and managing senior management.</li>
<li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Have good time management and prioritization skills.</li>
<li>Experience launching new products in the credit or lending verticals is preferred</li>
<li>Experience in startups or growth companies is preferred.</li>
